Assalamu aleikum everyone,

The Prophet ﷺ would give charity throughout the year but increase his Sadaqah during Ramadan. Ibn Abbas r.a. said: “The Prophet ﷺ was the most generous of people, and he was most generous during Ramadan”
(Sahih Bukhari, Volume 6, Book 61, Number 519).
